TOUCH-UP POLICY

  • No shows When you're scheduled & confirmed a date for your touch-up but decide to cancel, postpone or reschedule (for any reasons) without given us atleast a 7 days advance notice result as a loss and a fee of $50 (non-refundable) is required to reschedule and $200 fee (on the day of your appointment) for the Specialist's time to perform the procedure. Please be considerate of your specialist who gets paid to provide you a service. When you do not show you affect their earnings for the day, which is unfair. We have a long wait list of clients who would have loved your appointment spot but couldn’t take it because you reserved that time. Thank you for respecting what we love doing most – serving our clients!’

  • 1 free touch-up can be scheduled from 8-14 weeks after your initial procedure. If for any reason you disagree with the touchup time frame you have the right not to book an appointment with us.

  • Touchup appointments will be subject to the availability of the specialist’s schedule. Please select the best appointment time for your touchup as availability is highly limited. Specialist CANNOT guarantee a rescheduled appointment to meet the complimentary touchup time frame. If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time-line, touch up fees will apply (please read more below)

  • Appointment It's the client's responsibility to keep and remember ALL confirmed appointments. If you missed your appointment it is considered as no show. There will be no Refund for no show. NO exceptions!
  •  When to schedule for your Touch-up appointment Clients will have 7 days (from the initial procedure) to request for a free touchup appointment within 8-14 weeks time-line. If you contact us after 7 days from your initial procedure, you will have to wait for the next available appointment and there may be a fee of $180+ (depend on the procedure) for your touchup procedure.

  • Touch-up (for Semi-Permanent Eyebrows Microblading) Your first touch-up (after the initial procedure is complimentary) Appointments are available based on our specialist's availability and on a first-come, first served basis. 

  • Adding a New Service If you are scheduling for your touch-up and would like to add a new service, you're required to submit a retainer fee ($50) to hold for reservation for the new procedure. If you disagree with our Policy, you've the right to not book with us. No Exceptions!

  • Refresh There's a fee of $180 and up (pricing depends on the procedure) if you request for additional refresh or correction after your complimentary touch-up session. Refresh are common for those with oily skin/glands or have thining blood and doesn't retain ink too well. The refresh session is usually within 45 days after your free touch-up.

  • Microblading Retouch The price of re-touch within 1 year (from your 1st initial procedure, not touch-up date) will be 20% off from current full price (no touchup included). Price of re-touch after 1 year and within less than 2 years (from your 1st initial procedure, not touch-up date) is 10% off current full price.

  • Service Gratuity: Gratuity is recommended and appreciative.

  • WHAT IS THE COST FOR CONSULTATION? DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT? For your convenience, Consultation is by appointment only. There is a $20 fee for 10-15 minutes consultation or request for a throughout and more in-depth consultation with our Specialist for $30 fee for 30 minutes session. Must book and make payment in advance. We apologize , we do NOT accept walk-ins. Thank you

  • Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled/reschedule and you'll have to wait for the next available appointment. 

           We understand life gets busy and we sometimes forget, especially if an appointment was made weeks before. As a courtesy we will send a reminder a day prior to your appointment.  You              must response to confirm or your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Eyeliner Touch-up

  • You have 14 days from the initial procedure date to have your free spot touch-up. Or purchase a full touch-ups for eyeliner for $250  (Must contact us within 5 days from your initial procedure to book for your free touch-up. No Exceptions!

RESERVATION/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We request the consideration from our clients to give a minimum of 7 days notice in case of a cancellation or if you need to re-schedule. We reserve the right to charge anyone who does not give sufficient notice of cancellation or "no-shows" a 100% service charge and NO store credit issued for cancelling after 7 days, you would have to pay $50 deposit again to reschedule.

 

  • A $50 retainer fee is required to make a reservation for all Permanent Makeup Services. The $50 will be applied to your service on the day of. Forms of payment accepted are PayPal, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card.

  • For cancellations, $50 fee is only refundable if  7 days advance notice is given.  

  • For rescheduling, $50 fee is only transferable if 7 days advance notice is also given. 

  • For cancellations after 30 days of deposit date paid, there is a $20 fee.

  • To complete a reservation we require: Your Full Name, Email and Phone Number.

ETIQUETTE

Reservations

We encourage you to make reservations in advance to make certain the preferred treatments or therapists are available. Either a credit card, gift certificate  is required to secure your reservation. All major credit cards are accepted.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services. Generally, the appropriate range is 18-20% of the price of the service.

 

For The Comfort Of Our Clients

Please arrive in comfortable clothing. We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or other valuables with you. L'AMI Permanent Makeup is not responsible for lost, stolen items.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The time and treatments that you select are reserved for you. We ask that you provide at least a 7 days notice if you will need to change or cancel your appointment. All no show reservations will be a charge 100% service value. 

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can not be combined with any other promotions/specials. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates purchased as specific dollar value cannot be used toward gratuity. Gift Certificates must be presented before services rendered, otherwise, an alternate form of payment will be expected. L'AMi Permanent Makeup is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized us of e Gift Certificate.

I’m LATE!
Bloody traffic! Who knows when it will be good or bad?  Here is a tip, it is always bad so just anticipate that. If you do find yourself running late, give us a holler. Chances are if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind we can try our best (no promises) to fit you in and your session will be shortened. If you're more than 15 minutes late we'll have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

 

 

Age Limit

We apologize, we do not perform any procedure for anyone under the age of 16.

 

REFUND POLICY

WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
